Terms and Contract

For students under the age of 18, the enrollment form must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

Submission of the "Enroll Now" form is a request to join the next scheduled class indicated in the "Class/Workshop" form field. In the event a class, class session, or performance is canceled by WSALA, the missed session(s) will be rescheduled for a later date and the parents notified in writing. In case of class cancelation, parents will be issued a pro-rated refund in accordance with the refund policy.

Payment is due in full before the start of the first class session and can be made by Zelle[michelina@wsala.org], or in-person with cash or personal check.

Class placement is granted on a first-come first-serve basis and is subject to the teacher's approval. If we feel the student's pre-requisite has not been satisfied prior to the start of the first session, we may delay the student's participation until they are adequately prepared to join.

Refund policy:

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Accounting@WSALA.org no less than 48 hours prior the start of the first session.

By submitting this enrollment form and attending classes/workshops you agree to allow us to include photos/videos/audio recordings of your child participating in class or other class activities as part of our promotional materials and portfolios without compensation and in perpetuity.
